LEASING SERVICES. We perform all the steps of the rental process, to procure a qualified tenant. This service is complete when the tenant moves into your property.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE. After the tenant takes possession, management covers the day to day, month to month duties that you normally do as a landlord. Communicating with the tenant, making repairs, paying bills, receiving rents, and paying owners. Sometimes it is more involved, such as mitigating governmental citations, navigating legal problems, and addressing various people problems that arise.
